5. Suggestions for improvement
- Speed up check in
- 1 hour class
- Better microphone or different venue
- Better PA systems (13)
- Less questions from participants & more time on hand out
- Ask participants to hold questions until the end of each portion of instruction (3)
- Acoustics were bad – even microphone didn’t help
- Speak slower and louder. (2)
- Not to go into details. It gets confusing.
- Temperature too cold at first.

- Raise sun blinds
- More bridge and more criticism of bridge play
- Section C E/W had terrible cards. Need to have some biddable hands.
- Check collection was confusing but happy ending.
